You must be at least 21 years of age and physically located in the Philippines to register and use the eejj platform. Use by minors is strictly prohibited and violates Philippine law.
One account per person. All funds are held in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. eejj is not a financial institution and your balance earns no interest.
All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements published at the time of offer. eejj reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time. Bonus abuse will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
Cheating, collusion, use of automated tools, money laundering, and multi-accounting are strictly prohibited. eejj cooperates fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement on any detected violations.
You are solely responsible for the security of your eejj login credentials. eejj will never ask for your password. Enable two-factor authentication for additional protection. Notify support immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and, where applicable, PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and eejj. Acceptance occurs when you: (a) complete registration of an eejj Account; (b) make a deposit to or withdrawal from your Account; (c) access or play any game on the eejj platform; or (d) claim any bonus or promotion offered by eejj. Acceptance implies full, unconditional agreement to all provisions set out herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
To register and use the eejj platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
eejj reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such proof within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of winnings pending KYC completion.
Each Player may hold only one (1) eejj Account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address.
eejj is required under Philippine anti-money-laundering regulations and PAGCOR operational standards to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal may be processed. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: passport, Social Security System (SSS) ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or driver's licence. eejj may additionally request proof of source of funds for large transactions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. eejj will never request your password through any channel. You must notify eejj support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
All transactions on the eejj platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). eejj accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. eejj does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. eejj processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay and PESONet typically process within thirty (30) minutes to one (1) business day. eejj reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests at its sole discretion, which may extend processing times.
eejj is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Funds in your eejj Balance are not PDIC-insured and do not earn interest. eejj is not a bank or financial institution.
Each game available on the eejj platform is governed by individual game rules published within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail except where the individual game rules specify otherwise for that game type.
All slot and RNG-based table games use certified Random Number Generator technology audited by independent testing laboratories. eejj publishes theoretical Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each slot title within the game information panel. Live casino games are conducted in real time with real dealers and real cards; outcomes are determined by physical events and are not manipulable by eejj or by players.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, eejj reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund the relevant stake(s) to the Player's Balance. eejj's decision on the outcome of technical disputes is final, subject to the escalation process described in Section 15.
eejj may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus play.
Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must be wagered the specified number of times before conversion to withdrawable cash. Where a Player holds both real-money and bonus funds, real-money funds are wagered first unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
eejj reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects: (a) abuse of the bonus system; (b) creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; (c) coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotional terms; or (d) any other conduct inconsistent with good-faith recreational play. Decisions regarding bonus eligibility and abuse determinations rest solely with eejj.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eejj platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to Philippine authorities:
All content on the eejj platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of eejj or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any eejj intellectual property without prior written consent.
eejj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the Privacy Policy published at https://eejj.asia/privacy-policy. By using the eejj platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. eejj implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect personal and financial data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, eejj shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) losses arising from technical failures outside eejj's reasonable control, including telecommunications outages or third-party payment processor delays; (c) any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
eejj's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by eejj's negligence.
eejj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where: (a) a Player breaches any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) eejj is required to do so by PAGCOR regulatory instruction or court order; (c) eejj reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; or (d) a Player has been self-excluded and attempts to open or access an Account.
Upon termination for cause, eejj may forfeit all bonus funds and withhold real-money funds pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause (e.g., voluntary account closure by the Player), eejj will process any outstanding real-money Balance after KYC verification is confirmed complete.
eejj is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time caps, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion tools accessible directly from the Account dashboard. eejj encourages Players to use these tools proactively to keep gaming a safe and enjoyable activity.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the eejj platform shall first be submitted to eejj's internal disputes resolution process by contacting [email protected]. eejj undertakes to respond to formal disputes within fifteen (15) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.
